MERAIF MFETS-300 Selective Wave Soldering
Selective wave soldering is a type of soldering equipment used in electronic assembly. It is mainly used to solder specific areas on a circuit board, rather than soldering the entire circuit board like traditional wave soldering. It precisely controls the height, speed and shape of the wave crest to apply the molten solder precisely to the area that needs to be soldered, such as a specific pin or component connection point. This helps avoid affecting other areas that have already been soldered or do not need to be soldered, reducing the risk of short circuits and improving soldering quality.
Feature:
1.The transportation system adopts stepless electronic speed regulation and closed-loop control, with stable and accurate speed;
2.A pressure auxiliary device is installed at the entrance to prevent the PCB from slipping when entering;
3.The flux nozzle is driven by a stepper motor to ensure uniform coating of the flux;
4.The spray system is modularly designed, and the nozzle is always vertical to the track to ensure that the flux penetrates the PCB well;
5.The track angle is manually adjusted for easy operation;
6.The preheating area is heated by hot air with stable temperature;
7.Internal enhanced insulation plus optional external insulation measures effectively reduce heat loss and save energy;
8.The flux buffer tank sensor is external, which is more reliable and durable;
9.The dual-wave control adopts stepless frequency conversion technology, which can independently control the wave peak height.
